Rubber Manufacturing

We process a wide range of materials, including NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, HNBR, and others. Our production program includes various types of silentblocks and metal-rubber components designed for a broad spectrum of industrial sectors. We design and manufacture nearly any silentblock, metal-rubber, or rubber part according to customer requirements, with guaranteed physical properties.

Our rubber manufacturing facility is equipped with:

  • Sandblasting chambers
  • Calendering machines
  • Raw compound cutting machines
  • Extruders
  • Multi-daylight compression molding presses with clamping forces ranging from 90 to 270 tons
  • Injection molding machines
  • Cryogenic flash removal systems

CNC Machining and Metalworking

The main focus of this division is the support production of metal semi-finished products and molds for our rubber manufacturing operations. Our machine capacity enables both small-batch production and high-volume series. We are committed to investing in the latest technologies, which allows us to consistently deliver high-quality machined parts on time.

  • Turning up to Ø450 mm / length 2000 mm, including automatic bar feeding up to Ø80 mm
  • 4-axis CNC milling, fully controlled, with working range X1350 / Y800 / Z800 mm
  • Horizontal boring with working range X1600 / Y1000 / Z1250 mm
  • Surface grinding (BP) up to 1 m and cylindrical grinding (BK) up to 1.5 m
  • Manufacturing of straight and helical gearing up to module M6
  • CO₂ welding

We operate a comprehensive range of CNC and conventional machines. Our production capabilities also include involute gear milling of straight and helical gears up to module M6. We provide heat treatment services in cooperation with trusted partners.

Reverse Engineering, Design & Consulting

Our design office specializes in reverse engineering of metal-rubber and rubber components, enabling us to digitize, optimize, and reproduce existing parts according to customer specifications. We also offer complete design and development of rubber, mechanical parts, or molds tailored precisely to client requirements, including prototype testing in certified laboratories.

We use cutting-edge 3D technologies that define today’s industry standards:

  • 3D scanning
  • Creation of digital 3D models
  • 3D printing of prototypes and molds
  • Dynamic product testing
